My Top 15 Perfect Wedding Perfumes
Whether you are thinking that you want to get your loved one a special fragrance for the big day, or you want to pick one out for yourself, it is one of those odd things I always recommend, and my couples always end up mentioning they love.
It may seem trivial, but scents can be like memories as well. There have even been studies on how memories can be triggered by familiar smells. So why not mark your most amazing day together, with a beautiful new fragrance. That way every time you put it on, you remember the time you had together and how you were full of love and joy.

A scent for any wedding
I have put together a list of some amazing smells as well as beautiful bottles. Because as your destination wedding and elopement photographer, I also love to integrate perfumes into your wedding day details.
Jo Malone London Star Magnolia Hair Mist
Basically spring time in a bottle.
And yes, I am showing the hair mist here and not the actual perfume because the idea of spritzing your hair to emit a stunning smell and make it extra shiny and soft is too hard to resist.
The scent features star magnolia, and sweet honey orange blossom. It is lifted by lemon and ginger so it stays light and fresh.
Whether this becomes your wedding perfume or you pick up this hair mist, you will not regret it.
Giorgio Armani Prive Pivoine Suzhou
Divine floral is what you get with this sent. Between the peony and rose notes and some sweet, juicy fruitiness it is perfectly balanced with a pinch of pepper.
This scent ends up gracefully light and floral for an all around balance wedding perfume.
I love this for spring and summer and easily transitions into daily life as the smell is divine yet not overpowering.
FRANGIPANI FLOWER BY JO MALONE
This is an often overlooked stunning summer sent.
It is warm and sweet while being airy. Fueled by luminous jasmine petals and exotic ylang ylang, this fragrance is the essence of a beautiful, warm summer.
The smoothness comes from some sandalwood and lemon to lift the scent.
All together making this a perfect summer wedding perfume.
Tom Ford Sole di Positano Eau de Parfum
If you don’t know by now, I adore Italy. And what better way to mark your Italian Elopement or Italian Wedding day by this as your wedding perfume.
Top notes are Bitter Orange, Mandarin Orange, Lemon, Calabrian bergamot and Petitgrain; middle notes are Neroli, Orange Blossom, Jasmine, Shiso, Ylang-Ylang and Lily-of-the-Valley; base note is Moss.
This mix might sound interesting, but it ends up being a glorious mix of earthy, beachy italian vibes.
Byredo Sundazed by Byredo Eau De Parfum
Once called the scent of “uninhibited Parisian femininity” this scent screams Parisian wedding perfume at its finest.
More of a complex feminine scent like a pop of champagne with jasmine and a dirty must of leather.
Known to give chills and add that bit of bad ass to your wedding vibe.
This is a wedding perfume you just cannot ignore. I mean, even Rhianna is said to wear this on the regular so you know it smells divine.
With tender orange blossom, juicy honeysuckle, and plush rose you are filled with the sweetness.
Add in a touch of amber and oof. We have a winner.
A La Rose by Maison Francis Kurkdjian
Gucci is a staple of wedding perfumes. And it makes sense why.
Gucci Bloom is basically a way to transport to Eden with white floral that boasts a trio of beautiful floral notes, with tuberose, jasmine and rangoon creeper (a type of Chinese honeysuckle).
This scent is vintage, yet modern and can serve any couple as a stunning wedding perfume.
Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium
My friend actually wears this and every time I can’t get over how good she smells.
This one is a wild mix of sweet and savory–warm and strong.
Top notes are Pear, Pink Pepper and Orange Blossom; middle notes are Coffee, Jasmine, Bitter Almond and Licorice; base notes are Vanilla, Patchouli, Cedar and Cashmere Wood.
A daring and modern scent for your wedding perfume.
Many think of Tiffany when it comes to weddings, but not always for a wedding perfume.
The smells is bright, beginning with blue basil–a plant developed exclusively for Tiffany–paired with grapefruit for an “aromatic crispness”.
Add sweet neroli and blue sequoia and it rounds out the sweet ness with an earthy light tone.
A timeless wedding perfume option.
Although when you first think of Hermes you might think scarves. But their perfumes are to die for and would make stunning a wedding perfume.
A bouquet of gardenias that convey scents of tuberose, rose and jasmine. This scent is light and floral.
It transfers well to day to day so after you wear it on your wedding day, it just might become your regular go to.
Floral with some sass. And a stunning wedding perfume to boot.
Top notes are Mandarin Orange and Bergamot; middle notes are Tuberose and Ylang-Ylang; base notes are Amber, Vanilla and Sandalwood.
This scent is warm and cozy, perfect for an Autumn London wedding perfume.
Atelier Cologne Clémentine California
California may be in the name but this scent is a wildly worldly option as a wedding perfume.
Known as a refreshing citrus cologne melding the fruity perfume of clementine from Italy, juniper berries from Turkey, and vetiver from Haiti.
The fresh scent is bright and sun-filled with clementine. Yet is softened by juniper berries and a vetiver base note.
Creating a smooth and lifting wedding perfume perfect for any destination wedding you have in mind.
